  • Discharge of mortgage fees/loan repayments to a lending institution

  • Conveyancing costs and disbursements
Who do I need to advise that I sold/purchased a property?

You will need to notify and/or get a connection with electricity, gas and phone provider. However, we will notify all Government Authorities (Local Council, SA Water and Revenue SA) of change of ownership on your behalf after settlement.

My spouse passed away and I need to take the off the Title, what do I do?

Contact your Conveyancer and they will advise you of the process and fees involved and/or carry out the work for you.
